Joppa Turrets Guest House

Edward and Felicity Stanley would like to welcome you to our lovely seaside home. Our house was built in the mid-1800's and is located within the city boundaries. Joppa and Portobello were once villages three and a half miles out of the city but are now part of Edinburgh. The area became a popular resort over 100 years ago as cheaper travel enabled families to take the sea air. Donkey rides are no more but the peace remains!

Our house faces the beach and sea (as do all guest rooms); only our garden and the promenade are between the house and the beach - so no passing traffic. The sound of the waves and the occasional seagull are all you can hear!
