Classic 1930's design house set in its own garden in a quiet attractive residential area only 20 minutes walk from Princess Street and 5 minutes from the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and also 15 minutes walk to Murrayfield Stadium.

There is a good bus service into the centre of Edinburgh and the journey takes only 5 minutes. There is free parking and the house is 15 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport.

Directions from Edinburgh Airport: Take all the signs to the City Centre and you pass the Zoo and Murrayfield Hospital on the left hand side. At the next set of traffic lights turn left into Ellersley Road at the end turn left into Murrayfield Road, at the next set of traffic lights up the hill, turn right into Ravelston Dykes. Go over a narrow bridge and Orchard Road South is the next turning on the left, 2nd house on the right.
